Feature request: Thrust limit accuracy

If TE could make it so that thrust accuracy was much finer (0.0001) instead of in increments of 5, I would be so happy. :)

Step sizes that small on a scale of 1..100 are not feasible because there literally aren't one million pixels between the start and finish of the slider. I can make the increment configurable, though, so that you can set it to whatever you want and go from there.

I am using TweakableEverything via kOS and currently there's no way to make the thrust sensitive enough to do quadcopter pitch and roll via only propellers without SAS assist.

So, the pixels isn't a problem. I just need any way at all to get very accurate thrust per engine.
