Toolchain documentation links broken

I think that the toolchain links are broken. Seemingly they point to a wiki, but when I follow them I end up here:

Thanks for reporting, yes indeed we forked tipi-build/environments from the polly set of toolchains and the main project itself isn't much maintained (and anyway we diverged enough that we need our own doc.)

Let's fix this and there might be many environments that aren't yet officially supported by polly. We need to cleanup the informations here.
