Question marks don't work in links

My code is: set {roblox::*} to url "https:\api.roblox.com\users\get-by-username?username=%arg-1%"'s contents

And the console error output is: 14.09 17:12:42 [Server] ERROR v0.9.2: Error Reading from: 'https:\api.roblox.com\users\get-by-usernamesername=oHeroz' Is the site down? (ExprUrlContents.class)

The links are different, it seems the question mark disappears and bugs out a bit of the link so none of it works, any help?

Sorry if this sounds rude, but is there a way I can know when you've fixed it? Because I really need this url content thing fixed for my code within the next few hours.
