which model to use in ComfyUI - the mentioned ones fail

I am trying the model and the workflow mentioned in the Repo for ComfyUI but I am getting this error

I have tried several combinations, but no one worked, I used the following model for DMD2_sdxl_pytorch_model.bin

and also dmd2_sdxl_4step_unet_fp16.safetensors as sd_xl_1.0.safetensors
