What happened?
When getting a local Zol Trap, they do not always spawn.
in D8, as a dropped key item it did not spawn.
In D2 as the entrance chest, it did not spawn.
"Outside Five chest Game" - also a Chest, it did spam.
Maybe it doesn't spawn in dungeons?
