Creating 'Duplicate Project' feature #49

Description

@SYRCL-Kyle

Request: Create a new Duplicate Project feature for Forest Health water quality monitoring so that we can borrow the same structure as Monthly River Monitoring for a new project.

Timeline request: End of November 2025/Start of December 2025

One of our SYRCL projects in Forest Health has been monitoring the water quality of forest treatments as part of the N Yuba Forest Resiliency project. The water quality monitoring is being done in the same style as our River Monitoring program, and we ideally would like to store said data in RiverDB so it’s all in one location. The Forest Health water quality monitoring is done for the same water quality parameters, with the same equipment and datasheets as the River Monitoring water quality program. Thus. we would like the data storage of it in RiverDB to be structured just like River Monitoring and able to be compared to the River Monitoring data (same headers/columns when downloaded, etc.). However, since the River Monitoring data are not the same frequency/purpose as the Forest Health water quality data, I don’t want it to be automatically lumped into the same ‘group’ (e.g., QC Report should only include the River Monitoring Data and exclude the Forest Health data).
