Where to use the ParallelLimiter

When running our integration tests, we often get timeouts from external systems, which are probably caused by too many asynchronous operations simultaneously. I know the ParallelLimiterAttribute controls how many tests can run simultaneously. However, I'd like to know where exactly I should use this.

We have multiple projects where we define our tests and one project that references TUnit.Engine is responsible for running everything. Now, where should I put the ParallelLimiter for it to work?

• In the test executor project assembly?
• In the assemblies of each project containing tests (this would be very annoying to do)
• On the base IntegrationTest class. All of our integration test classes inherit this base class

On a side note, the documentation currently does not work for me and throws a bunch of configuration errors
