Replace existing skill icons with latest icons #2

Replace various skill (frameworks/tools/languages etc) icons in the /icons directory with latest icons. Ensure the following:

  1. Icons are visible and are not too dark so that they're visible on the github dark mode profile page. (prefer white icons)
  2. Ensure that the icons are in .svg format.
  3. Ensure the file naming remains consistent.

Do you want to replace all the icons or just the ones that aren't visible in the current theme? (for example Rust, Babel, express, etc.)

The ones that aren't clearly visible.
