I'm using:
Linux Mint 19.1 Cinnamon (4.0.10)
Linux Kernel: 4.15.0-51-generic
And i use gpick every day for front-end development and naming functionality is very convenient but its not working. It worked before (older versions of Linux) but for some reason, "Name" column is just empty. I tried to play with settings for naming but that does nothing.
Any Help? :)

This is related to #164.
There is no solution for this yet. The workaround would be to save your preferences as described above.
Hi, @scx is correct and your issue is most probably caused by a bug which incorrectly handles missing color dictionary configuration. Try opening color dictionary configuration dialog Edit->Color Dictionaries... and pressing the OK button without changing anything.
This bug should be fixed in commit fef98b5.
