Hanging on ffightae_cps2.zip

It seems like my update is hanging on the games/mame/ffightae_cps2.zip file. I started searching this and it looks like a copy from the internet archive had a DMCA takedown possibly. Could a missing file like that be a reason my update hangs on a certain file. I even tried running it several times and it keeps hanging on the same file. Several times trying to run the update it will get stuck on that same file for 15+ minutes.

Still hangs for me, with all latest update_all updates.

UPDATE: sorry I misunderstood the issue - the update_all script doesn't hang, but this particular game hangs on a black screen when I launch it.
