Add feature to search recursively within subfolders

I am attempting to use this to transcribe dialog files en masse in order to eventually search those transcriptions for a list of curse words to mute using monkeyplug. It would be massively useful if this had an option to search subdirectories, as my project has over 100 subdirectories to go through.
