Torsion spring specific additions to materials table

RichardS provided feedback that ODOP:Spring allowable stresses for metric torsion springs were dramatically more conservative that results produced by his vendor that was using SMI / UTS ADS7. Preliminary investigation using the AS Design Handbook suggests that (four?) additional columns should be added to the materials table specifically to support torsion springs.
