The puppet 7 / ruby 2.7 tests are failing, as noticed in recent PRs such as

#951
#952

Not sure where those failures are coming from 🤔

puppetlabs/puppetlabs-inifile@2f77497 dropped Puppet 7 (and Ruby 2.7) support
