Does not install via pip3

Installing this package via pip3 fails with FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'pip-requirements.txt'

For some reason the package on PyPi does not contain pip-requirements.txt. Apparently 0.2.0 on PyPi is not in sync with tag 0.2.0 on GitHub.

Can the PyPi package be updated?
