Explore without bloating the host

Use Luna xhigh, Sonnet, or Haiku for bounded repository reading, search, dependency tracing, and context gathering. Escalate GPT exploration to Sol High when Luna's synthesis is inadequate or a high-risk decision depends on the result.

  1. Ask a narrow question that names the repository, entry points, exclusions, and required evidence.
  2. Keep the scout read-only, prohibit implementation, and limit its output to the requested evidence.
  3. Require a compact map of relevant paths and symbols, data or control flow, searches performed, uncertainties, and recommended next reads.
  4. Before freezing a plan, have the host verify any anchor that would materially affect the design.
  5. Skip adversarial review for raw search results unless they inform a high-risk architecture or security decision.

Stop when the question is answered because exploration and implementation need separate dispatches.
