Support for custom Theme’s

So I've been using code for a while and the built in themes are amazing, and since it looks a lot like vsCode which Ik this UI is inspired by it but it would be great if we could have access to the themes folder through using Apples Files application. That way I and many others in the community can create our own themes and even recreate actual themes in vsCode.
