Migrate to unified format for config files related this
Improve inertia dynamic parameters creation and management:
- Allow selection of additional parameters to be included
- Secure mismatching verification between parameters and regressors.
Add result justification hints
Standard parameter retrival, which is not always feasible and most of the cases, there is a certain level of tolerance to be accepted. (algos implemented in robot_format_converter)
Add to README an explanation about the real truth behind system identification in robotics (e.g. what is to be expected, level of tolerance, how to utilize the results, two types of identified models, etc)
