Docs: Changelog Update - 7.14.0 does not state a breaking change.

Description

The Changelog for 7.14.0 does not state a breaking change where the AWS provider has been updated like other versions do. The changeset in this version updates the AWS provider requirements from 5.32 to 5.70 without mention. I believe the changelog is generated automatically so not committed a change nor PR for it as believe it will be overwritten anyway when the next release is made.

I've removed the rest of the 'Bug Report' content here as its not a 'bug report' that depends on using the module, just documentation updates for clarity.

Going up from 5.32 to 5.70 of the AWS provider is a minor version update, and we normally don't mention it in changelogs. We only mention major bumps (from 5.x to 6.x, for example) in upgrade guides.

Ah ok, Fair enough - I experienced that I was unable to use anything >=7.14 due to dependency issues elsewhere in our config due to this change, so am now pinned to 7.13 as cannot (yet, without additional work) upgrade the AWS Provider version we use.
Hence thought it may be worth a mention in the changelog notes that you cant just jump over 7.13 if you are pimnned to AWS 5.32.

I'll have a look back at the errors when I'm back in the office Monday, as I'm half sure it was just referencing this module and not something else... but cant be sure on a Saturday
