Removes the bullet stating developers don't need to interact with LZEndpointDollar directly — this is incorrect since bridging out requires wrapping USDC.e into LZD via the wrapper contract. Replaced with a link to the wrapping steps added in #399.

Developers do need to interact with LZEndpointDollar directly when
bridging out — they must wrap USDC.e into LZD and approve it. Removed
the misleading bullet and linked to the wrapping steps instead.

Request Review

- Restore lead-in clause for the bullet list (was orphaned after removing
  'transparent for end users')
- Make wrap requirement explicit in the EndpointDollar reference section
  so readers skimming this block know the wrap step is mandatory
- Fix broken anchor: #bridge-from-tempo-via-stargate -> #bridge-from-tempo
  (section was renamed in #399)
