docs: remove incorrect LZEndpointDollar 'no direct interaction' guidance#400

LZEndpointDollardirectly — this is incorrect since bridging out requires wrapping USDC.e into LZD via the wrapper contract. Replaced with a link to the wrapping steps added in #399.
