Folia [1.21.8] Failed to retrieve offline commands issue

However, the rank command was able to post but not the other commands.

I've had a similar issue. LuckPerms rank commands arent being processed and most of the time commands sending a player money dont work either but when they do work they will get sent twice back to back. This was happened on both version 2.3.1 and 2.3.2

I just switched to run the command ONLY when the player is online
