config problems with Snow! Real Magic!

Forge version: 47.3.22

mods' version:
Personality: 4.1.0
Snow! Real Magic!: 10.6.1

when option "Falling snow layers" is disabled, it will cause snow layers not falling even when Snow! Real Magic!s config option "snowGravity" is enabled.

(The reason I want to disabled it was because it will overwrite Snow! Real Magic!'s extra feature, such as turn water into ice when snow layers is fall into it.)

Unfortunately not that simple, both mods use the same methods for adding the functionality and thus the mixins are kind of inherently incompatible. Will look into it but its neither our mods fault nor theirs
