I propose to migrate the content to the main website. This allows to have everything in one place. And all the pages have the same design. And finally it will be easier to maintain.

If it's going to move, I'd expect it to live in the .github repo since it applies to all the repos, not to the website.

But if we put it on the website the deploy will have the style of the website.
