Because only the latest version of the designs are archived in an .F3D/.F3Z file, it would be good practice to run Project-Archiver periodically. The volume of 'stuff' could be managed much better if the entire Team Hub were in one zip file (safely stowed on a RAID NAS). So when the 'cloud' dissipates unexpectedly, you can still make it rain.
Having a scheduler would also be handy, but if the entire Team Hub could be archived to a zip file, 95% of the periodic local backup would be done.
