File name + Closing issues fixed

i mean it's all a mix of code, but yeah the file name issue was inspired by your #29 fair enough : ) yours cut down from https://github.com/django/django/blob/master/django/utils/text.py and then I changed it too

I would like to see this merged. I have a large number of files with a double quote in them name to reflect the size in inches. These files will not backup.
