Not portable dependency of Sinatra package to libssl

Sinatra package is built against OpenSSL version of the host.
For example if packaging is performed on Ubuntu 20 there will be a dependency of http.so to libssl1.1.1 that needs to be installed at the target system.
If the target system has different version of OpenSSL, the package will not work.

This may be a case for other applications as well
