Combined with other mods removes green tint

When combined with some other create addons and other mods, it can strip the tint from leaf and grass blocks. I'm not entirely sure which other create addons, but when removed from the list, the colors return. There seems to be various mod combinations that cause this, but create deco, combined with another mod, combined with non create related mods cause the issue. Because of how many different combinations there are, I can't find the exact issue.

That's extremely odd considering we don't touch biome / leaf code at all. Have you tried binary searching to find an exact mod? If you can provide a minimal list of mods in which the issue takes place, that would be helpful.
