Inconsistency between not-italic and no-underline

The counterpart of italic is not-italic, whereas the counterpart of underline is no-underline.

Ideally it would have been consistent. Changing it now would be breaking.

Thoughts?

I think it's like that because of the English language. It sounds a bit weirder to say no italic or not underline. This is because here, italic is an adjective and underline is a noun.
