this is still pretty much a draft, because many headers need to be placed correctly, footnotes fixed, final math issues resolved, etc.

For now, only the
tvm.pdfis converted. I don't think that we'd edit any contents, but we'll still need to organize everything here before moving to port other PDFs, such astblkch.pdf,ton.pdforcatchain.pdf. Maybe even thefiftbase.pdf, for the sake of completeness (jk)UPD: Oh, and cspell should probably be disabled for all those (exceptions in the config)
