own .msp for GCMS not working

I have been using your MS-DIAL software for the past year for our GCMS experiments and it is very good. We have been using the Kovats RI.msp GCMS library that comes with the software but we are now wanting to add our own .msp files from NIST and other libraries. However, when I convert our own libraries to .msp for upload it does not work. I have checked the format many times and the only thing that it could be is that some of our GCMS entries do not contain RI or RT information. Could you confirm if the .msp GCMS entries must contain RI and RT or not? If you have a list of essential data that the .msp files have then that would be good to see. I can also share with your our .msp in case you can see any errors.
