Update the lesson plan for week 1 and comment on weeks 2-4

Okay I have started to update the plan for week 1 in commit 1dc7ff8. Currently I have the application of MD in the first week to be to use it to look at the ideal gas law with pylj. Obviously this might not be ideal as they will be going on to look at solid things (transport properties, etc.) Another option might be to use the (now working as of commit arm61/pylj@4dc1c59) MSD plotting feature in pylj to see the difference between solid liquid and gas or something like that. Thoughts?

I am going to go back (probably tomorrow) and comment on weeks 2-4

Okay commit 455ae89 has another pass at week 1 and some changes to week 2.

right commit a1f0919 has some work on the week 3 for the lesson plan

So commit b2149b6 see me finishing the pass of the lesson plan. @symmy596 if you wanna go through it and change things/change back the stuff of yours I changed and then close this issue once you are happy
