Enhancement - Ability to output payload to file or to screen without special characters

1. Expected: To be able to sign a transaction, copy the payload (or save it somewhere) and then use it later. Actual: You can do it but you end up copying the pretty output from terminal to a text file, deleting all the spaces and special characters etc, before you can use it which is annoying and error prone
