Missing description of parameters of all command in UG

Might be good to have description of the parameters such as:

• <Name> is to be supplied by users while /n is the fixed command.

• <Name> can only accept string of ASCII codes, etc.

This if not wrong, is a requirement for the UG. It is showed in the ab3 UG example.
