Adjust periodic scan interval when using docker compose

Hi,

I just got swingmusic set up today using docker compose, but it's not doing any periodic scans. I have to manually tell it to do a quick scan.

How do I pass an argument to set the periodic scan in my docker-compose.yaml? Is there any way to get the watchdog to work with docker compose? I have an rsync script that pulls in new files as they are added on another system. It runs every 10 minutes. I'd like to have swingmusic add them either automatically or as soon as possible.
