Support Hare

Hare uses gdb.

I think this should just be a matter of detecting a .ha file?

There is a hare-mode for Emacs.

Hello and thank you for your suggestion, dape now uses hare-mode or hare-ts-mode to figure out if it should complete the standard gdb configuration.

Let me know if this fulfills your expectations.

@svaante Ok, I finally got to test this out:

That info doesn't look too useful but I think this might be a hare issue since they have very minimal DWARF support from what I've understood so far...

Here's a screenshot of me stepping through a fizz buzz program that I wrote in Hare for testing:

I was able to step through and verify that the debugger was following the code paths that the fizz buzz program should take.

That said, there is a lot of non-hare noise right now from stepping through the assembly code instead of the hare code... 🦆

Hare variables will not be trivial to get right now since the qbe code that Hare emits needs to be enriched with more type information for the DWARF format. This is an ongoing project, but currently no one is working on it 🦆
