dape-until can take a line number and can be a repl command?

What do you think if dape-until could take a line number of the line to jump to?

I think dape-until can also be a REPL command.

Hey!
This a good idea (same goes for all breakpoints), I am not sure exactly how to implement.
Does anybody know if there is any function in core Emacs to translate filename+line number to marker?
