create a docs/*.md.

Can these be named like 1.plugins.md, 2.installation.md for instance.

Maybe you can write more generally. For the plugins section, can you write a "how to write a plugins or getting started with plugins" section

and one of the steps may involve editing the config.yml. Thus, don't write a section on editing config.yml :)
