Long term outage of JSOC: SDO (AIA/HMI) Data Unavailable

Provide a general description of the issue or problem.

Due to flooding in the datacenter the JSOC, and therefore the primary source of all SDO data is unavailable for the foreseeable future. This will affect the VSO as well as the JSOC clients, although some cached data may still be available through VSO.
