Maven support for Code Generation

Was wondering if there is a simple way to make the code generation happen with Maven for data classes and service classes

I'm moving this to a GitHub discussion. I'm not too familiar with how to do stuff in Maven (I mostly use Gradle in my projects). Hopefully someone from the community has some suggestions.
