feat: add Browse-and-Cart workflow page; cross-link from Home + Sidebar Documents the cart icon (top-right with quantity badge), the cart overview screen with quantity stepper per item, layout dropdown per item, removal, and the bulk-print confirmation modal that groups by (printer, tape).
