Monitoring API updated in PR #449

The monitoring API schema was updated in PR #449.

Action Required

• Adapt UI components to the new API structure
• Verify all monitoring endpoints work correctly
• Test with real mining data if applicable

Since we're not using any last_batch_work_sum. share_work_sum, acknowledged_work_sum, or validated_work_sum on our UI, I think we can adapt things here after stratum-mining/sv2-apps#516 is gonna land.
