MPI_Waitany/Waitall calls not compatible with mpi/mpi_f08 module #39

@sergisiso has found that the only clause on use mpi causes compilation errors for the mpi_waitany/mpi_waitall calls. Switching to the mpi_f08 module causes other problems.
