我这边的操作是
复制粘贴编译好的插件的lib到编译好的emqx的lib下
配置文件复制粘贴到emqx的etc/plugins/emqx_bridge_kafka.config

  {emqx_bridge_kafka, 
    [{values, [
      {bootstrap_broker, {"127.0.0.1", 9092}},
      {partition_strategy, strict_round_robin},
      {kafka_producer_topic, <<"mqtt_to_kafka">>}
    ]}
  ]}
].

运行编译好的emqx start
然后没问发现任何的启动kafka插件的日志信息
