What version are you using?

22.0.1

What did you do?

❯ stellar contract asset deploy --asset ABC:$(stellar keys address a) --alias abc

What did you expect to see?

The alias parameter to be used, and the deployed contract address to be stored as the alias.

What did you see instead?

❯ stellar contract asset deploy --asset ABC:$(stellar keys address a) --alias abc
error: unexpected argument '--alias' found
