Write a 'getting started' quickstart doc tying README, examples, and the web playground together

Scope

A brand-new contributor or evaluator currently has to piece together the path from README.md to a specific /examples crate to (once built) the web playground themselves. Add a single quickstart doc that walks: clone → build → run tests → try an example → deploy to testnet → explore in the web playground.

Acceptance criteria

• A QUICKSTART.md (or a new README section) walks through that full path in order, with copy-pasteable commands
• It's linked prominently from README.md
