I have a question regarding the experimental part before running your software, which may be a little off-topic for your team's knowledge. I apologize in advance for any inconvenience. I am relatively new to the field of genotyping, and I am wondering if you could provide any recommendations on which arrays to use for SNP detection. Specifically, I am interested in arrays that offer high-quality data while also being cost-effective.
