[Bug]: Orca don't render flutter command in Codex session without refreshing the tab

Details

Environment:

• Windows 10/11
• Orca
• Codex CLI 0.144.4
• Flutter 3.41.1

Steps:

1. Open a Codex session in Orca.
2. Run flutter --version.
3. The session remains visually stuck at “Working”.
4. Switch to another Orca tab.
5. Switch back to the Codex tab.
6. The completed command output immediately appears.

Expected:
The Codex tab should update automatically when the command finishes.

Actual:
The completed state is not rendered until the tab is deactivated and reactivated.

Additional:
Claude sessions in the same Orca worktree update normally.
