Hi @realgooseman and thank you for the suggestions!
It is already possible to trigger EverythingToolbar with Win+Alt+S. The shortcut can be customized in the settings with some limitations (Windows already reserves most shortcuts including the Win key).
Selecting all items is tricky because EverythingToolbar requests items in batches of 100 to keep the UI responsive, so quite some changes would be required. Another issue affected by this is #302. For big file operations I would recommend using Everything instead.

Keyboard navigation of context menus is covered by #101.

Hi @stnkl,
I love EverythingToolbar, it's a must have. Here are some tips that I think would improve it :
Custom shortcut toggle function like start menu (win key opens start menu and clicking win key again closes it)
Ctrl+A (select all) and Delete (delete file) keys should be added to in-app commands
Right click on file should show delete option directly (instead of having to go to more options)
Right click "show more options" context menu should be dark mode (currently shows up light even if the app is dark mode)
After clicking on file type in more menu, down and up arrows change the file types instead of navigating file results
Option to show/hide system tray icon of EverythingToolbar (Everything already has that option)
Option to check for updates and download them directly (in "About EverythingToolbar" for example)
I don't know if all of these tips are possible to add, but they would improve the overall experience a lot in my opinion!
