Sometimes hashi messages fail on-chain with error Incomplete proof (e.g. https://gnosisscan.io/tx/0x8e44e1f320a5eede26d8a0bd4e1e0d1f447255b2f0a7525071a2b57b8488dada)

Implementation details

Investigate and implement a fix for those verifications.

Testing details

  • unit tests
  • manual tests (verify the message that failed on-chain)

Acceptance Criteria

  • no messages fail with that error
