Availability from maven central and Sonar marketplace

Issue Description

We'd like to get the plugin from maven central (or Sonar market place) for security reasons, it is the company policy.

Environment

The versions used: SonarQube 10.7, Sonar-FindBugs 4.3.0 Maven 3.5.X, Java 17

You're in luck because the plugin is available from maven central And on the Sonar market place :)
Most users get it from the market place, but you need admin rights on your Sonar instance to install it:
