Elp is a passion/frustration project, born out of my own frustrations with existing languages and frameworks. It's an open language, free from the constraints of corporate agendas, putting equalising developer and end user needs first. Elp is designed to encourage best practices from the start. This means:

• Robust Testing: Elp makes testing a core part of the development process, leading to more reliable and maintainable code.
• Strong type safety
• Efficient and Safe Memory Management: Elp handles memory efficiently, uses a Rust inspired borrow checker reducing the risk of memory leaks and improving performance.
• Built-in Accessibility: Accessibility is not an afterthought in Elp. It's integrated into the language, making it easier to build inclusive applications.
